Doodled a couple of monsters with the 0.7 mm
mechanical pencil. This lead is less likely to develop a sharp edge and pierce through thin papers if you remember to periodically rotate the pencil as you draw to wear down the lead point evenly.
The pencil sketches were inked with the small nib S
Faber Castell Pitt Artist pen.
Once the pencil sketches were inked, the remaining stray graphite marks were removed with a
Pilot foam eraser.
A single
Cool Grey III Pitt brush pen can quickly add some volume to a simple monster outline.
This finished colored sketch was rendered with the limited palette of the combined
Shonen and Shojo Manga Pitt Artist pen sets.
